Paul F. Chiolo – Team Lead / Broker of Record / Branch Manager, Wildwood Crest
Paul’s rise to the top in the Cape May County real estate market was inevitable. Paul began building the Oceanside Realty team in 1991 through hard work, client advocacy, and innovative thinking, Paul sets his expectations high. He quickly became one of the most successful real estate brokers in the Wildwood’s with billions of dollars in commercial and residential sales and over 20 new development buildings including The Grand at Diamond Beach, Paul is known for being a “listings machine”. Paul and his associates provide comprehensive consulting services to real estate developers which range from master plan development and raising capital to defining strategies for land planning, product identity, branding and sell-out.
Paul is a strong and savvy negotiator whether his client is the seller or the buyer. He never leaves his client's corner. That's why all of his experience, capabilities, and resources are focused on one objective: to help you invest wisely. His approach to helping you buy or sell your home is based on his time-tested way of doing business. Paul offers his clients intelligent counsel based on research, intellect and hard work - an approach that has helped hundreds of clients work toward their real estate goals already.
Paul's seasoned experience, sharp instincts, foresight and ability to anticipate market trends, enables him to lead and create opportunities for buyers and sellers in up, down, volatile and changing markets. Living in the Wildwoods for quite some time now, Paul is an expert on the Cape May County markets. You can usually catch him giving tours on the weekends of buildings and neighborhood hot-spots up and down the coast.
Paul holds CRS and CRB designations, and is also a CCIM candidate. He is a Howard Brinton Star Power star and is ranked #109 by the National Association of REALTORS. Oceanside Realty @ kw team is currently ranked #1 in production in all of the Keller Williams Realty organization. Paul resides in Wildwood Crest with his wife, Kathleen and their two children, Anthony and Michael.
Kimberly Bailey – Team Manager / Broker Associate / Branch Manager, North Wildwood
A veteran in the areas of real estate management, marketing and sales, Kimberly began her managerial career for a major sales team in 2004. Since then, she has enjoyed prominent roles in management for many successful projects in the Wildwood market, and today serves as Team Manager overseeing the efforts of the expert team at Oceanside Realty @ kw.
Since joining the Oceanside Realty @ kw team, Kimberly has been integral in expanding new business development efforts and in providing results-driven marketing and sales initiatives for such prominent clients such as The Carlyle Group based in Washington D.C.
In her tenure, Kimberly has received numerous awards recognizing her outstanding achievements, and served on various industry-related boards. She holds a Broker’s License from the New Jersey Real Estate Commission. An intuitive leader, effective team builder and strong communicator, Kimberly combines her seasoned skills with a finely honed knowledge of the Cape May County real estate market, giving a distinct edge.
Kathleen Chiolo - Broker Associate
Kathleen joined the Oceanside Realty team officially in 2004 as Director of Marketing. Prior to joining the Oceanside Realty team, she spent 17 years in sales and marketing in the high technology field. Kathleen’s most recent position was as Manager of Channel Operations for Cisco Systems based in San Jose, CA. The 7 years that she was with Cisco Systems, Kathleen received many sales awards such as Top Region of the Year, Vendor of the Year, and Top Vendor Representative of the Year.
Kathleen’s responsibilities were to grow sales through effective marketing programs and inventory management. She was the responsible for communications between her customer and Cisco corporate and all field sales. The Cisco business grew at her customer from 10 million annually to over 400 million dollars a year.
Kathleen’s talent truly lies in getting people in different organizations to work together towards a common goal to mutually benefit all parties involved.
Kathleen grew up in Warminster, Pennsylvania and graduated as a member of the National Honor Society from William Tennent High School. She received a bachelor’s of science degree from Drexel University in 1986.
Although Kathleen has only been on the Oceanside Realty team for several years, real estate is not new to her. Being married to Paul Chiolo since 1994, she has been exposed to the business for a long time. She has spent the last several years designing and building with husband Paul their dream home on the bay in Wildwood Crest. They both reside there today with their two sons Anthony and Michael. Most of their free time is spent with their boys traveling, going to the beach, water activities and attending all of the boys sporting events.
